Barbara Ann Cole is Senior Lecturer Inclusive Education at the Institute of Education, University of London and Faculty Director of Post Graduate Research in the Faculty of Policy and Society. Helen Gunter is Professor of Educational Policy, Leadership and Management in the School of Education, University of Manchester.
